Allahandro D. Bradford
Principal Strategist
Allahandro Bradford is the founder and principal strategist of Vanguard Political, a Florida-based consulting firm committed to driving progressive change. Over the course of his career, Bradford has worked across all levels of government—local, state, and federal—gaining extensive experience in political strategy, campaign development, field organizing, and constituency engagement. He made history as the first African American operative to lead political operations for both the Florida House and the Florida Senate, for either major party.
After more than a decade working within institutional politics, Bradford founded Vanguard to challenge the traditional, often stagnant approach to political campaigns and strategy. His goal is to introduce fresh, innovative solutions that break away from the status quo. By fusing his deep understanding of political fundamentals with the latest advancements in electoral science, Bradford is working to make the political process more accessible, exciting, and effective for voters. His approach aims to level the playing field and ensure that the voices of the people are heard and represented in ways that resonate with today's political climate.
Bradford is a proud alumnus of Florida A&M University, where he honed his leadership skills. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and is actively engaged in his community through the West Palm Beach branch of the NAACP. Known for his dedication to public service and social justice, Bradford’s work continues to make a profound impact on Florida's political scene.
